1 1/2 miles from the Sea Terminal and 8 miles from Ronaldsway
Airport. All main roads and routes around the Island are nearby.

Both bedrooms have colour televisions. Cronk Aalin has been
tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard throughout.
Beautiful
views of the nearby golf course and distant mountains from
the sun lounge and patio at the front of the building.
Very
attractive gardens and mature lawns to the front and rear of
the bungalow. A large patio area is at the rear (just off the
kitchen), which is suitable for meals or barbecues.
Fully
double glazed and centrally heated. The main lounge includes
TV, video and satellite (free-view channels only); stereo radio
cassette with disks and tapes for your use.
Modern fully
equipped kitchen including electric cooker with fan-assisted
oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, food processor
and washing machine/dryer.
The
bathroom has a large corner bath, which is fitted with an overhead
shower.
All
towels and linen are supplied.
Driveway
to the side of the bungalow accommodates 3 cars, however as
Ellenbrook Drive is a very quiet cul-de-sac normal street parking
is not a problem.
Your
own transport is advised as public transport to this area is
infrequent.
Shopping
for groceries (Tesco supermarket) is just a 3 minute journey
by car, or continue a little further for all the amenities
and shopping area of Douglas.
